Our goal at Adventure for Charity is to make the challenges accessible to everyone physically and mentally able to participate or willing to do the work to get there. We are not an elite sport or a mountaineering outfit. With this said, the very nature of what we do will challenge you, help you grow; therefore, you must prepare. You will get more out of it!

Even if you already lead an active lifestyle and exercise regularly, it is a good idea to adapt your training towards your chosen challenge discipline (trekking, road or mountain biking, paddling, etc.). In addition, consider the terrain, climate, and other conditions and try to mimic those in your training.
